Underdog Alchemy exists for people who’ve been pushed to the margins of mental health care—too resourced for OHP/Health Share, not resourced enough for private insurance, or left navigating the system alone.
The goal is to provide cash-pay psychiatric symptom and medication management that is rooted in compassion, clarity, and respect, with a focus on trauma, neurodivergence, mood disorders, and complex life stressors. This is care for people who have been underestimated and underserved—and are ready for something better.
The overall goal is to break down existing barriers to management of mental health symptoms that affect life beyond the ability to cope. To that end, access to care is one area that Underdog Alchemy may be able to help.
Meet Your Provider
Misha Love is a nurse practioner specializing in mental health. They are dedicated to providing services to people of all ages, meeting them where they're at, but not leaving them there. They have 30 years of nursing experience and provide a wide variety of care to multiple niche communities. When not serving the community, they love kayaking, animals, Broadway musicals, and adventuring with their family.

SuperBill reciepts for individuals who have insurance that will accept those for reimbursement are available if requested in advance.

Fees are due at the time of service. Payments may be made in cash, check, debit or credit card or through electronic payment.

Missed sessions not cancelled prior to the appointment time (24 hours notice), will be billed at half the regular fee.

Please NOTE: virtual appointments can only be used when client is on video from WITHIN the state of Oregon, per law.

Currently, Intakes are 250 dollars. Significant Discounts are available for community partners, prior patients of the Nurse Practioner at other locations, individuals with proven income restrictions, 100% cash pay before appointment, and the first return appointment has a 50% discount IF prior medical records are provided at least one week before initial intake.
